Sangria blanche sans alcool

White sangria without alcohol

For:

3 people

Preparation Time:

10 minutes

Rest Time:

1 hour

This is what I need:

– 100 ml of French nectar of pear from Alps
– 30 ml of Pure lemon juice 
– 1 pear cut into thin slices
– 1 apple cut into thin slices
– Some branches of rosemary
– 150 ml of lemon sparkling water

 

 

Let’s get started!

1- In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine the pear nectar, lemon juice, rosemary sprigs and fruit.
2- Leave to infuse for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3- Add sparkling water and a few ice cubes. You can taste!

The little trick

Add slices of fresh lemons to your sangria!
