Apple Mango Pie

This is what I need:

– 300g Mamie Bio apple mango fruit dessert
– 1 puff pastry
– 1 tablespoon liquid honey
– 1 egg
– Cinnamon powder

Let’s get started!

1- Preheat your oven to 30°C.

2- Spread the puff pastry and cut 4 discs with a cookie cutter or a bowl and a knife

3- Pour the mango apple dessert into a bowl, add the honey and a little cinnamon. Mix thoroughly

4- In the centre of each pastry disc, place 2 tablespoons of compote

5- Using a brush, moisten the edges of the dough discs

6- Fold each dough round in half and press the edges to close

7- Beat the egg yolk and set aside the white for another use.

8- Using the tip of a knife, draw a grid on each pie.

9- Brush your pies with egg yolk.

10- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes

 

The little trick

For an even more gourmet slipperspie, add raisins to the stuffing!
