Preparation Time:
This is what I need:
– 200g bulgur
– 15cl Vitamont pure lemon-juice
– 5cl of Vitamont Pure Organic Pink Grapefruit Juice
– 300g tomatoes
– 1 cucumber
– 1 onion
– 5 mint branch
– 5 branches parsley
– Olive oil
– Salt and Pepper
Let’s get started!
1- Rinse the bulghur in cold water and then soak it in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes to make it swell. Drain well.
2- Cut the onion into small cubes. Let it soak in a bowl of cold water for at least 10 minutes. This will make it more digestible.
3- Dice coarsely tomatoes and cucumber , chop mint and parsley.
4- Add the drained onion, tomato, cucumber, mint and parsley to the bulgur.
5- Pour the lemon juice and the grapefruit juice and a drizzle of olive oil, then add salt and pepper. Mix well.
6- Leave to rest in a cool place for 2 hours.
The little trick
Add a little water before serving if your tabbouleh is too dry.
