Ce qu’il me faut :
– 200g of flour
– 3 eggs
– 350g of apple fruit dessert
– Raspberry extra jam – 80g of sugar
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– Icing sugar and small eggs for decoration

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Add the sifted flour with the yeast, applesauce and mix so that the dough is homogeneous
3. Butter a crown-shaped baking pan before placing 1/3 of the dough in it. Add the raspberry jam over the entire circumference and add 1/3 of the dough dispose of the jam again and make up with the remaining dough.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Wait for the cake to cool down to sprinkle it with icing sugar and add the décor.
