Poached pear in pomegranate juice

This is what I need:
- 4 pears
- 1 l Vitamont pomegranate juice
- 100 g of cane sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Let’s get started!
1- Boil the Vitamont pomegranate pure juice with sugar and cinnamon stick in a saucepan
2- Optional : you can remove the core and seed your pear. In our case, for a better esthetic of platting , we do not remove the core.
3- Dip the pears in the syrup made in Step 1. Bring to a boil.
4- Simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes.
5- Turn off the heat and allow to cool.
The little trick
Add some flaked almonds before serving!
