This is what I need:
– 200g Mamie Bio Speculoos spread
– 200g mascarpone
– 15cl cream
– 1 pack brown vanilla sugar
– 250g strawberries
– 8 speculoos biscuits
Let’s get started!
1- Wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes.
2- Mix the mascarpone, cream and the vanilla sugar
3- Crumble speculoos in a bowl.
4- Putting it together ! In a verrine and with a spoon, place a layer of Speculoos spread. Add a layer of strawberries with the speculoos crumbs . Last , add the macarpone/cream mixture you just prepared and then start again if your glass is big enough! For the last layer finish with the strawberries, the speculoos crumbs and for the greedy ones, add a little Speculoos spread!
5- Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before tasting!!
